On February 24th, Officers Fred Barnes and Chad Caudell visited Loveland Elementary School to speak to Third grade students about seat belt safety. The two officers conducted presentations for sixteen Third grade classes reaching roughly four hundred students.  Officers discussed reasons why it is so important to wear seat belts as well as demonstrating the proper way to wear seat belts. Officers Barnes and Caudell will speak to Third grade students at St. Columban in April to conclude the program. The program is funded through the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
